Terms of sale (CGV)

1. Seller

3DeadRingers — Evan Viguié EI, 31 rue du Temple, 17000 La Rochelle, France. SIREN 992 926 865.

2. Products

Resin figurine kits, 3D printed to order. Unpainted unless stated otherwise. Some product photos are 3D renders; each print is hand-made to order and slight variations may occur. Kits are collectibles for display, not toys — keep away from children and pets.

3. Prices

Prices in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B CGI). Shipping costs shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Production & delivery

Each kit is printed to order: production time is displayed on the product page and adds to the carrier's delivery time. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Catalog kits: 14-day withdrawal right from delivery (see Right of withdrawal). Custom commissions (painted or made to the customer's specifications) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under art. L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code.

6. Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 s. French Consumer Code, 2 years) and guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 s. French Civil Code) apply.

7. Disputes & mediation

French law applies. In case of a dispute, please first contact us at contact@3deadringers.com so we can seek an amicable solution.

Consumer mediation (art. L612-1 s. French Consumer Code): if no agreement is reached, and after a prior written complaint to us, you may refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator: [mediator name, postal address and website — completed once our mediation membership is active].
