Data controller: Evan Viguié — 3DeadRingers (contact@3deadringers.com). We collect only what is needed to process your order or commission request: name, email, shipping address, order content. Legal basis: contract performance. Data is stored on our own server hosted by Scaleway (France/EU) and shared only with the shipping carrier (delivery) and the payment provider (payment processing). No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no resale of data. The cart identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage (functional, no consent banner required).

Retention: order data is kept for the legal accounting period (10 years); commission requests for 3 years. You can exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) at contact@3deadringers.com. Complaints: CNIL (cnil.fr).
