Right of withdrawal

For catalog kits, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, by notifying us at contact@3deadringers.com. Return the item unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of your notification; return shipping is at your expense. Refund (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exception: custom commissions and any item made to your specifications (painted kits, custom scales) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 3° French Consumer Code), as accepted at order time.

Model withdrawal form: “I hereby notify my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date, signature.”
